ARE CLASS PASSES TRANSFERIBLE?

Yes! All our class passes are transferable to other people. Let us know via WhatsApp or in person if this is the case, and share your class pass (package) code with the person so they can book a class online with us.

CAN I GET A DISCOUNT IF I HAVE A KITAS OR KTP?

Yes, If you have a KITAS or KTP you are eligible for a discount when booking a class online. Contact us via WhatsApp to obtain your discount code for your booking.

DO CLASS PASSES HAVE AN EXPIRATION DATE?

No, our class passes do not have an expiration date. So don’t rush and take your time if you need.

CAN I CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE AN ALREADY BOOKED CLASS?

Canceling is always possible, although the refund depends on how much time upfront you decide to cancel. For a full refund cancel your appointment online at least 3 hours in advance to your class. Refunds do not include processing fees.
