Booking: Tickets for events are sold via Megatix or directly via us. Purchase is on a first-come, first-served basis as capacity is limited.

Purchases: All purchases are final, non-refundable and non-returnable. Ticket purchases are made at the guest's own risk: if you are unable to attend, please refer to Megatix's own terms and conditions regarding ticket refunds.

Ticket Transfer: Tickets may be transferred to another person at your discretion, please inform us of the name change where possible so we can update our guest list.

Cancellation by Ashtari: Ashtari reserves the right to cancel or reschedule an event, for example due to low registration numbers or weather conditions. In this case, participants will be informed as early as possible and refunded.
