Payment: Full payment for the stay is due at the time of booking.
Check-in / Check-out: Check-in is from 15:00, check-out is by 11:00. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur an additional charge.
Minimum Stay: There is no minimum stay requirement.
Cancellation:

Cancellations made more than 14 days before arrival: no charge (full refund of the amount paid, excluding processing fees).

Cancellations made between 3 and 14 days before arrival: 50% of the full stay value will be charged; the remaining 50% will be refunded (excluding processing fees).

Cancellations made within 2 days of arrival, or no-shows: the full stay value will be charged and is non-refundable.

Charges and refunds are calculated on the full value of the stay as booked, regardless of the length of stay actually used or an early departure.
Damage to Property: Guests are liable for any damage caused to the room or its contents during their stay, beyond normal wear and tear. Ashtari does not require a fixed security deposit at check-in; instead, guests will be charged for the actual cost of repair or replacement of any damage caused.
