An ancient practice found in cultures across the world, from Egyptian temples to shamanic rituals. It uses vibration - through voice, instruments, or nature’s sounds - to restore balance, ease tension, and open pathways to insight and expanded awareness.
Free’s signature approach, where sound is not only heard but embodied as transformation. Here, the practitioner becomes the first instrument, rooted in presence, intention, and deep observation. Each session is tailored by reading the client: their walk, voice, and behavior reveal elemental imbalances. Drawing from the archetypes of Earth, Water, Fire, and Air, the result is a journey that is both intuitive and precisely attuned to the person in front of you.

This 50-hour training is an invitation to slow down and reconnect with calm. You’ll deepen your personal practice so your ability to share comes from lived experience, not just instruction but embodying presence before guiding others.
Rooted in yogic and mindfulness traditions, the course blends ancient wisdom with a modern, grounded approach. You’ll learn to teach from inner clarity and compassion, making meditation accessible in any setting.
Open to teachers, healers, wellness practitioners, or anyone curious about meditation, this training supports you in finding your own center first then confidently sharing that calm with others.

FREE LOPEZ
From 13 years in an extreme metal band to chanting sacred mantras and creating meditative soundscapes, Free’s life has been shaped by vibration in both its rawest and most refined forms.
His journey spans from live improvisations and performances to volunteering with Sound Therapy in clinics with Fibromyalgia patients, and supporting recovery in rehab centers in Costa Rica. These experiences have given him not only skill, but a profound understanding of sound as a force that shapes life, eases pain, and builds community.
Free brings this lived experience, boundless curiosity, and deep love for sound to guide others in stepping confidently into their own path as sound healing practitioners.
Whether in group trainings or one-on-one work, his sessions carry unforgettable depth and a commitment to helping others remember the power they hold to reshape reality through the craft of sound.
